This event, organized by the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan and the University of Rome Tor Vergata under the patronage of H. E Dr. Youssef El Khalil, minister of Finance and in the presence of H.E. Mr. Fabrizio Marcelli, Ambassador of Italy to Lebanon is the closing ceremony of the International Certification Program in Strategic Public Procurement for Lebanese Officials - Edition 2024.

The certification program highlights the strategic importance of public procurement and is intended to serve as a catalyst for the implementation of the Public Procurement Law no.244/2021 in Lebanon, in line with international standards and good practices.
