This booklet and its summary (pamphlet) are a simplified explanation of the general budget proposal formulated by the Government for the year 2022.
They are issued by the Institut des Finances Basil Fleihan – Ministry of Finance for the first year and part of the financial and fiscal awareness series, which aims at raising the awareness of citizens on their rights and obligations, and hence facilitating administrative transactions and promoting transparency and fiscal citizenship.
هذا الكتيّب وملخصه (المنشور) هما شرح مبسّط لمشروع الموازنة العامة للعام 2022 يُصدره معهد باسل فليحان المالي والاقتصادي في وزارة المالية اللبنانية للسنة الأولى.
يقع الكتيّب والمنشور ضمن سلسة التوعية المالية والضريبية الهادفة لتوعية المواطِن حـول حقوقه وواجباته وتسهيل قيامـه ببعض المعاملات الأساسية وتعزيز الشفافية وثقافته المواطنية.
