This guide, developed by Gherbal Initiative in collaboration with the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan and the US-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) provides a simplified explanation of the Lebanese Public Procurement no.244/2021. It enables stakeholders from the public and private sectors, academia, civil society, citizens, and international donor agencies to better understand the law’s principles and provisions governing public procurement and the broader procurement system.
