Based on a profound experience over the last fifteen years in Customer Relationship Management, Project Management, Operations, Human Resources and IT solutions, William Aoun has been consistently and successfully implementing complex IT projects and Business and Management schemes for Individuals and Corporations. 

He has joined Formatech in 2005 as a part time trainer and became in January 2010 Formatech HR Manager. He is experienced in leading, coaching & training front liners and Customer Care people in diverse fields. He has more than ten years hands on experience as a versatile facilitator and certified trainer. He has the ability to create highly interactive workshops whereby he utilizes challenging and realistic role-play scenarios that give participants a unique opportunity to rehearse skills immediately.

William Aoun also designed, developed and delivered training programs focused on Communication, Customer Engagement Process, and Leadership development, Customer Care, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Time Management and Advanced Computer Skills.

He holds a Master's Degree, Organization Management from UQAC University.
