The webinar "Emergency Procurement in Lebanon: which strategies and techniques to efficiently procure goods, works and services in fragile, conflict-affected and emergency situations?" aims at:
1- Understanding the conditions of use of emergency public procurement in response to crisis situations in country contexts similar to Lebanon.
2- Exposing procurement strategies and techniques at hand to ensure a balance between quickly addressing humanitarian needs and ensuring an effective and transparent procurement process.
3- Highlighting global experiences, good practices and lessons learnt to inspire Lebanon’s experience.
