Under the patronage and in the presence of the Minister of Finance, Mr. Yassine Jaber, the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan and the University of Rome Tor Vergata have the pleasure to invite you to the launch of the 2025 Edition of the International Certification Program in Strategic Public Procurement for Lebanese Officials.

The certification program highlights the strategic importance of public procurement and serves as a catalyst for the implementation of the Public Procurement Law no.244/2021 in Lebanon, in line with international standards and good practices. 

In 2024, 34 lebanese Officals graduated from the program.
