In 2016, our efforts were crowned with success as we developed new services in the field of technical support and coaching. We also endeavored to develop a digital strategy of communication and benefitted of the new possibilities that technology offers in the field of information dissemination.
Several research notes along with a new guide addressed to the SME's were published within the framework of our financial and fiscal awareness raising series. We have also targeted the Lebanese youth by developing the interactive knowledge tools, as for our cooperation and networking initiatives, we have adopted a series of future orientations paving the way for the establishment of sustainable partnerships based of the production of knowledge, the exchange of information and experience sharing.
We have also pursued our institutional development, redefined the strategic objectives of the different departments and elaborated a series of indicators enabling us to pursue our work while assessing it on a periodical basis.
تكللت جهودنا خلال العام 2016 بنتائج إيجابية وقمنا بتطوير خدمات جديدة في مجال المساندة التقنية والمرافقة، كما توجهنا الى تطوير استراتيجية رقمية للتواصل والاستفادة من الإمكانيات التي تتيحها المعلوماتية الجديدة لنشر المعرفة وتعميمها.
تميزت إصداراتنا هذا العام بعدد من الأوراق البحثية، وبدليل جديد من سلسلة التوعية المالية والضريبية، تُوَجَّه للمرة الأولى إلى المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. وللشباب اللبناني استكملنا تطوير أدوات معرفية تفاعلية جديدة، وأعددنا في مجال التعاون والتشبيك سلّة من التوجهات المستقبلية ستسمح له ببناء شراكات مستدامة تقوم على إنتاج المعرفة وتبادل المعلومات وتَشارُك الخبرات.
كما إستكملنا مخطط التطوير المؤسسي للمعهد وإعادة وصف الأهداف الاستراتيجية لمختلف الاقسام بما يتلاءم والمتغيرات وإعداد رزمة من مؤشرات الأداء تسمح لنا بمتابعة العمل وبتقييمه بشكل دوري.
En 2016, l’Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan a développé de nouveaux services dans le domaine du soutien technique et du coaching. Nous avons aussi oeuvré au développement d’une stratégie numérique de communication et tiré profit des nouvelles possibilités assurées par l’informatique pour diffuser la connaissance.
Sur le plan des publications, plusieurs notes de recherche et un nouveau guide dans la série de sensibilisation financière et fiscale, qui s’adresse pour la première fois aux PME, sont venus s’ajouter à notre collection. Nous avons par ailleurs ciblé les jeunes Libanais en continuant à développer les outils de connaissance interactifs. Nous avons adopté, sur le plan de la coopération et du réseautage, une série d’orientations futures qui permettent d’établir des partenariats durables basés sur la production du savoir, l’échange d’informations et le partage des expériences.
Nous avons aussi poursuivi le développement institutionnel de l’Institut. Nous avons redéfini les objectifs stratégiques des différents départements pour accompagner le changement et nous avons élaboré une série d’indicateurs permettant de poursuivre le travail et de l’évaluer périodiquement.
